Jerry + Lily + Isaac | UC Davis Arboretum

Shooting with the Canon 5D is an absolute dream. There’s just something about full frame that ousts the crop cameras! I’m a total believer now!

I first met Jerry at church up here in Davis. He was the announcement maker and was actually the first person to come up to me and greet me when I was still a stranger there to everyone. Who knew I would get a chance to do a photoshoot for his family in the future (that’s one of the ultimate honors for me)! Jerry and Lily’s baby son Isaac is super cute (dahhh, I said it) too. It didn’t take much to make him giggle and smile! Issac has only 2 teeth on the bottom row and likes cars and trucks. I don’t think he realized just what was going on (a photoshoot)…that sweet innocence, I love it!!

Last week was a real drag at my 8-5 job but this shoot was able to get me through the week. Everytime I looked at little Issac a shot of happiness just flowed through my body!

I was so inspired by this shoot and was so excited about it that I even put together a slideshow! which I normally don’t do for short shoots like this. I hope you guys enjoy. It was a pleasure shooting for the Lin Family! A couple of highlighted shots below the slideshow. Nice and big as always.

I think this one is my favorite of the set
